The R.S.P.C.A. are appealing for information after a dead badger was found and a sett was burned at Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

At 06:30 on February 3rd 2022 the dead badger was found dressed in a babygrow in the centre of a heart shaped fire adjacent to a path near the Beacon Centre, Ettingshall Park in Wolverhampton. The neighbouring sett had been deliberately set on fire. A lighter, some cigarette filters, and a bottle of lighter fluid had been left alongside the badger’s body at the roadside.

The R.S.P.C.A. are anxious for any information that might help their enquiries.
