Well following our guest blog from a gamekeeper we had a deluge of threats and abuse from people who felt that the blog was unair to gamekeepers and the shooting industry generally. They were all deeply unpleasant, frequently threatened violence (often rape) and contained a great deal of foul language. Whilst most were sent using proxies a couple were not and so we have managed to pin down their origin to a somewhat mysterious organisation which spends a lot of time attacking conservationists on social media. The somewhat irregular use of proxies has enabled us to carry out some interesting research so the message to those charming individuals is that we now know who you are. The moral of this story is if you are going to use TOR use it properly and make sure you have all the updates.
