Jimmy Price, 25, of Forstal Farm, Well Street, Loose who was convicted of of four counts of wildlife crime – two concerning the killing of a deer, and two concerning the killing of a hare has been jailed for seven-and-a-half months, half of which will be spent in custody. He was also ordered to pay £5,115 and was given a five-year order banning him from keeping dogs.
Two other men who were involved in animal offences were also sentenced at the same time.
