Two men from Gainsborough, Lincolnshire are due for sentence on September 16th having admitted to interfering with a badger sett and attempting to kill a badger when they appeared at Mansfield Magistrates Court on Wednesday 4th September 2019. A third man denied the offences and his trial date was set for December 11th.
